HM Revenue & Customs Fee Protection Insurance
Ollis & Co operates a Fee Protection Insurance Scheme whereby on taking out the policy any fees incurred following a Revenue enquiry into the Company’s Accounts and Corporation Tax Return will be met by our insurers CCH. Our fees are also covered if there are any enquiries into the directors’ personal Tax Returns along with any inspections of the Company’s VAT affairs and PAYE records if appropriate. The insurance also covers enquiries into a self-employed individuals Tax Return.
As a Practice we are noticing increased activity from the Revenue in respect of enquiries and compliance reviews. We therefore believe that the Fee Protection Insurance offered by CCH should be seriously considered by all of our clients. The annual premium is £160 and cover will commence as soon as Ollis & Co receive your payment.
As well as the insurance cover the premium also gives you unlimited access to a Business Support Helpline, operated by the Insurance Company, which gives expert advice on all employment and personnel issues, health and safety issues and commercial legal issues.
