Below are our prices for our most popular services. We always agree fixed fees before doing any work. If your needs are not listed, we can of course give you a bespoke price.

All our prices are based on using Xero accounting software, payment by direct debit over 12 months, and are subject to VAT at 20%.

Monthly Fee £95

The minimum you need to meet the company’s obligations with HMRC and Companies House

  • Annual accounts for HMRC
  • Abbreviated accounts for Companies House
  • Annual CT600 company tax return
  • Maintenance of the registers directors and shareholders
  • Annual return for Companies House

Also included is a subscription to Xero, support and generic advice in the year (including tax planning around profit extraction)
